Head of School
The person behind the program.
Sia Baynes, M.Ed., MBA, PMP
Founder · Head of School · Education Freedom Guide
I didn't start Bennett Global Academy because I thought the system was broken. I started it because I knew there was something better — for families who wanted learning that honored the whole child, grounded in faith, rich in culture, and built around how children actually grow.
I hold a Master's in Education and have spent years working across curriculum design, homeschool advocacy, and community-centered learning. My work is informed by Singapore Math methodology, classical literacy principles, and a deep conviction that every family deserves access to an excellent education on their own terms.
At BGA, I serve as head of school, curriculum architect, and your family's guide through education freedom — whatever that looks like for you.

Belonging + Voice — This year's anchor theme runs through every subject and every age band, connecting literacy, history, art, and faith into one coherent thread.
Multi-band families receive 10% off each additional band. Books and materials are billed separately; a recommended list ships with every Drop. Curriculum Drop families receive a Grove membership — not an enrollment letter. Enrollment letters are available through the Full Pilot and BGA Virtual Academy.
